Community Easter Egg Hunt- ~ Saturday, April 16th at 11:30am. We'd love to see the community kiddos enjoy themselves and find some eggs. If you have a child that would like to participate, please provide 12 plastic eggs filled with a wrapped candy (non-melting please), so we can hide ahead of time. Drop off at 508 Ibis Way by Friday April 15thr community. The American flag is one of the most important symbols of the United States. For many, it symbolizes respect, honor, and freedom. For others, the flag represents reflection, courage and sorrow. As you enter our community you will see the American flag that welcomes you into our neighborhood. We would like to say thank you to our resident Michelle Alexis for making sure that the flag is displayed at half staff in honor/memorial of an event, a person, or persons when as necessary. She also makes sure to maintain and dispose properly of the flag when it needs to be replaced. If you would also like to assist in our community, please contact a member of the Home Owners Association Board. |

Flags line our streets in celebration of Indepencence Day ~ For the last 18 years, Quail Crossing resident, John Cianfaglione has coordinated the placing of the flags in our community. He has spent many hot summer days over those years adorning these flags on our streets. You can't help but get a patriotic feel as you pass through our community or look out the front of your home and see the array of flags blowing in the breeze. There have been many families who have assisted in placing the flags in the ground along with taking them down and sorting. We would like to say thank you and we are grateful for your hardwork! Attached is a very nice article that speaks about the lovely American flags that were displayed throughout the streets of our community and our surrounding areas. Click here |

It's summer and time to step outside and see what may need to be done to your yard to ensure that you are in complaince with the Governing Documents. Check that your lawn is properly maintained by mowing, edging and weeds aren't in your flower beds and driveways. Are your shrubs, trees and plantings pruned and ready for rainy season? The HOA strives to maintain a consistent look throughout the Community. By maintaining your lot it keeps the community clean and our property values at the best they can be! |
